Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing fifthavenuereserve@gmail.com.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags, original packaging, invoices, accessories, and protective materials intact.
Do not ship a return parcel before support confirms the return method. Once approved, we will share the next steps for pickup or return shipment.
Returned products are inspected before approval. Products that are used, damaged, missing parts, missing tags, altered, or different from the shipped item may be rejected.
Approved refunds are initiated after inspection to the original payment method or another agreed method. Bank or payment gateway timelines usually take 5 to 10 business days after refund initiation.
Customized products, hygiene-sensitive products, customer-damaged products, and items marked final sale on the product page may be ineligible unless defective or incorrectly shipped.
